For many children, weekends are spent with family and friends. For Latreia, they were spent serving others.
Since the age of nine, the 16-year-old has accompanied her mother in reaching out to people experiencing homelessness. Having recently completed her O Level studies, Latreia now dreams of becoming a professional hairstylist — not simply to build a career, but to give back.
With professional training and the right cutting tools, Latreia hopes to offer free haircuts to people experiencing homelessness, helping them feel seen, respected, and accepted.
